The file is stated to be from GMA Sports, which is the sports division of the Philippines' leading media broadcasting company, GMA Network Inc. I have not been able to find an explicit statement of GMA's copyright policy, but it would be very unusual for such a company to release its material under such a free license as is claimed, and I think without evidence of such licensing we cannot assume it is freely available. - If Angela Davocol did upload this, then it is her work and she's giving permission to use it, even if the photo's being used by GMA. If it's not her, then I agree this should be deleted. D-Flo27 (talk) 03:50, 24 July 2023 (UTC)
