We need to know who is the creator of the image on the stamp to know when it will be in public domain. Own work more than likely false. ℺ Gone Postal ( ) 17:04, 7 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

These stamps are in the Public Domain in Germany according to this template: {{PD-Germany-§134-KUG}} {{PD-Germany-§134-KUG}} -- Robert Weemeyer (talk) 07:52, 9 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I hope that you are correct and we can apply this template and update Commons:Stamps/Public_domain#Germany. ℺ Gone Postal ( ) 03:48, 10 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Since the author is known and only died in 1972, it is unclear if PD-Germany-§134-KUG does apply. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MB-one (talk • contribs) 2020-11-14T18:03:59‎ (UTC)
That isn't unclear. The copyright rule is clear: If the author isn't indicated on the stamp, then the copyright term is 70 years from publication. It doesn't depend on whether the author is indicated elsewhere. -- Robert Weemeyer (talk) 12:43, 15 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: Per Robert. --Missvain (talk) 16:21, 3 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
