This is a file from Category:Flickr images not found-old, it was deleted from Flickr before FlickreviewR could verify its license. The Flickr author merged his stream with his wife's photostream. Several attempts were made to contact the author and his wife via Flickr mail with no success. The date of the image is 2005-08-18, it was uploaded to Commons on 2006-04-13. There are no [1] archives of the Flickr authors page. There are no other files on Commons from this Flickr author rezlaj. All of the Flickr author's current images on Flickr are licensed as All rights reserved, they go back to 2007-01-28. From 2006-10-02 through 2007-02-19 Para noted that this image was licensed as All Rights Reserved, see: User:Para/Flickr/Licensing differences/Incompatible. This photo is used on 25 pages.   •  Comment I think the uploader knew the license per [2] where this comment was added "Autorización: aunque la imagen se encontraba originalmente bajo una licencia cc-by-nc-sa, el autor dio un permiso expreso para utilizar la licencia actual (cc-by-sa).". I can't read the text but it should be somthing like (guessing + google translater) "Authorization: although the image was originally licensed under cc-by-nc-sa, the author gave permission to use current license (cc-by-sa).". So we know the license was never ok. Only question is if we trust that author did give a valid permission. Today we would ask for a permission in OTRS but it might have been ok in 2006. --MGA73 (talk) 06:53, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
