Likely copyvio. Original uploader has stated that he isn't the author of this image. This is an edited version of File:Sale 1.jpg which has had the 3 ladies edited out. There's still some shadowing where they stood and some visible traces on the side of the van, especially by the tail light where the lady's hand was. There's also a little white spot at bottom right in the exact same place in both images, same little light in the window, etc. As per the upload log entry as well, this is a "better version of the same."  Delete, per the original uploader's clear statement "I thought I took the photograph years ago, and now I realise that I did not, so Commons does not have the copyright because I did not ever have it to release in the first place. Now you are aware of these facts please delete it."[1], even though it contradicts his initial statement "Mentmore Towers, Bucks, England photographed by uploader during sale of 1970's" at upload.

However, as this image has quite some external uses[2], the uploader, who is responsible for this mess, should notify the external sites currently using this image, in order to prevent them from getting sued by the true photographer for copyright infringement. --Túrelio (talk) 09:50, 4 February 2014 (UTC)
