I believe this logo is not in use anymore, and possibly its trademark status is not active either, but no assurances with my opinions. :-) It is a graphical art, so it's been possibly copyrighted but I have no knowledge about the details. I'd guess it's fair use in the US and "try to get permissions" elsewhere. --grin ✎ 13:26, 16 November 2017 (UTC)
