Self promotion, COM:NOTSOCIAL Commons is not a social network and uploaded images COM:PS#Must be realistically useful for an educational purpose. Sorry to have marked your photo/s for deletion, but Wikimedia Commons is not a personal photo album! Please read up on COM:SCOPE to find out more about what is and what isn't a file which can be uploaded to Wikimedia Commons. I hope you read up on all this and add some more photos of your own! - Keep Please stop raising DRs on photographs you have no been bothered to check properly. Had you checked the categories that have been on this image for nearly 2 years, or the file history, you would realize this is a correctly released fan photo of The Only Way Is Essex celebrity. You are mis-applying the guideline (not policy) Commons_is_not_a_place_to_advertise. --Fæ (talk) 15:10, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
- Keep I have corrected the description of the image and also created Category:The Only Way Is Essex. This image of one of that show's stars could be used on a Wikipedia article. en:Harry Derbidge. Just because someone puts their personal Twitter account on their Flickr photo description and then the (unrelated) person who transfers that photo her doesn't remove that Twitter account name, it isn't a reason to delete a photo of a notable person. Most Flickr photos are probably uploaded with a description that doesn't belong on Commons (I know mine are!), but it's just a case of correcting the description, not deleting the perfectly acceptible photo.
