Photoshop that claims to be a photo Ryan Cable (talk) 08:43, 22 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Why doesn't Ryan Cable put up the picture instead, save it getting lost.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Colt .55 (talk • contribs)
  • This is a ridiculous claim. How do you know that this is a photoshopped image? There are other photos of the same art piece [1] [2][3]. When is PShopped pictures forbidden btw? This DR should be closed immediately. --Falastine fee Qalby (talk) 17:56, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • This is a known banksy work, taken as a picture and shown in the guardian here and individual image link. The guardian's photo is from a different angle, but this clearly not photoshopped. This is a legit picture. Nableezy (talk) 01:02, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • You people are stupid. It's a real picture, have you ever seen anything else by this guy?
  • Look at the Metadata:
    • Software used Adobe Photoshop CS Windows
    • File change date and time 17:25, 5 January 2006
    • However, after looking at the multiple angles linked above, I think that the beach scene is more likely some type of poster than a Photoshop insertion. Sorry for the trouble. Ryan Cable (talk) 19:19, 28 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

 Delete--Mbz1 (talk) 22:52, 29 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I wonder why you voted to delete, is it because a few minutes ago I reverted your edits to another picture? Revenge (a bad attempt at that BTW) is not a reason for deletion.--Falastine fee Qalby (talk) 22:57, 29 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Not at all. I voted to delete it because I do not like bogus, photoshopped propaganda images.--Mbz1 (talk) 23:29, 29 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
A painting of two children dreaming of a paradise is propaganda? Do you have something against Palestinian kids? --Falastine fee Qalby (talk) 23:42, 29 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Of course I do not. I love Palestinian kids as I love all the kids in the world. I'm hurting absolutely the same, when a child gets hurt no matter what nationalty and what religion a child is. I've already said it once and I'd like to repeat it: I would gladly, with no other thought sacrifice my life, if it were able to bring the peace and happines to the all kids in the world, most of all to the kids in Midlle East, and not only the kids from Palestine and Israel, but in other countries as well. What I do not like about this image is, where the kids are painted. The West Bank barrier was built not to prevent Palestinian kids from living and dreaming of paradise. It was built to save Israeli kids (both Jews and Arabs alike) from living in hell.Thank you.--Mbz1 (talk) 01:08, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I have no idea what this has to do with the picture. Just because you don't agree or you are repulsed with someone's protest of a barrier and bad living conditions doesn't mean it is propaganda. Propaganda is also not justification to delete/censor an image. --Falastine fee Qalby (talk) 01:12, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Who cares. But his arguments are nonsense, this is clearly not a photoshop image and as far as a propaganda that has nothing to do with this. Let him have his !vote, who cares? Nableezy (talk) 08:44, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Though he should keep in mind the conditions for his unblock. Nableezy (talk) 08:47, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I am not interested in changing her mind about the vote, I am interested in exposing her disruptive behavior which was very easy. --Falastine fee Qalby (talk) 17:21, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Kept. Real photo. See http://arts.guardian.co.uk/Guardian/arts/gallery/image/0,8543,-10705256016,00.html However, licensure may need to be verified. -- Avi (talk) 22:56, 1 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
