No freedom of panorama in France, recent building. Arthur Crbz (talk) 10:53, 28 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

That is true, I overlooked that when uploading the Marseille images. The same imho applies to File:Marseille-Villa Méditerranée-bjs180810-01.jpg, and also to further images in Category:Musée des civilisations de l'Europe et de la Méditerranée - Bâtiment and Category:Villa Méditerranée.
I'm not sure with File:Marseille-Fort Saint-Jean-bjs180810-01.jpg. It is a modern model of a medieval Fort. Should it be deleted, too?
In German Wikipedia, those images are allowed based on the "Schutzlandprinzip". Is it possible to move them to the German Wikipedia (with their file history) or shal I newly upload them there? --Bjs (talk) 17:43, 28 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
