Keep. Per Commons:Project scope a file must be a media file (which this file is), of an allowable free file format (does the system allow the upload of file formats that aren’t?), freely licensed or public domain (the files source should be labelled {{Own}}, it being transferred from a Dropbox account owned by the uploader), realistically useful for an educational purpose (image is now in use), and not contain only excluded educational content (ie news article, encyclopaedia article, purely text etc). —RockerballAustralia (talk) 23:03, 26 August 2020 (UTC)- Keep COM:INUSE. The uploader is the photographer, and has been photographing and covering their news for a long time now, so there is no reason for LRs to step in.
