@KevinNov3: the file is perfectly fine and in scope. However, the structure may be a recent work of art still under the architect or designer's copyright, and we do not have freedom of panorama right now that would have allowed commercial exploitations of public art without artists' license authorization. And KevinNov3, be cautious on importing files from enwiki next time. Majority of Patrick Roque's photos show unfree artworks still under architects' or artists' copyrights, hence I did not include them in my imports to Commons (unless freedom of panorama is firmly introduced here). By the way, if the structure was completed before December 15, 1972, this may be fine as {{PD-Philippines-FoP work}}. If completed from December 15, 1972 onwards, then unfree as a copyrighted work. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 03:14, 15 April 2022 (UTC)

Apparently, as per w:en:Marikina River Park, the park where this pavilion stands was incepted in 1993. Unsure if the pavilion was erected at the same period. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 04:58, 17 April 2022 (UTC)
