This manuscript letter is overprinted reading "Alas Inocentes", there is no indication of user's own work, despite license. Ellin Beltz (talk) 18:31, 8 June 2016 (UTC)
- Speedy keep: Who is the author? "Alas Inocentes" or the Govenrment of Tabasco? Clearly {{PD-MX-exempt}}. --Amitie 10g (talk) 03:53, 15 June 2016 (UTC)
- Comment The part Amitie keeps missing is that this is not own work and COM:EVID says it's not up to us to guess where it might have come from, it's up to the uploader to tell us. Ellin Beltz (talk) 14:55, 15 June 2016 (UTC)
- Asking for EVID? The top of the document says clearly «Gobierno Supremo del Estado Libre de Tabasco», so, is easy to guess who is the copyright holder (the State of Tabasco), even for users with basic level of Spanish. --Amitie 10g (talk) 05:03, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
Kept: Obviously not PD-MX-Exempt, which covers governmental logos and emblems, not text. I have fixed information: Published in 1831, likely author died 1832 -> PD. --Storkk (talk) 16:44, 2 July 2016 (UTC)
