1954 Spanish photograph, the Flickr uploader is very unlikely to have been the photographer. If judged as a simple photograph, it would be public domain. Otherwise, this wouldn't be public domain yet in Spain or the US. Abzeronow (talk) 18:04, 27 September 2023 (UTC)
- Hola, la foto la subió un familiar de la persona biografiada, que es en la actualidad, dueña de la imagen. La ha subido a su Flickr personal con los permisos correspondientes, por lo que entiendo que no debería ser borrada, ya que cumple con los permisos correspondientes para que pueda ser utilizada por Commons. - Copyright vests with the photographer not the subject and owning a copy of the photograph doesn't mean they own the copyright to the photograph. Abzeronow (talk) 18:59, 27 September 2023 (UTC)
