This image had been speedy-tagged as Flickrvio by User:LX with the rationale "The Flickr user is not the copyright holder and therefore cannot issue a valid license", as the EXIF data state "Foto: Tor Erik H. Mathiesen / SCANPIX".
I've converted the speedy to regular DR to allow for a discussion, as the image is on Commons since 2012 and as the Flickr-source page states "Foto: Holbergprisen / Marit Hommedal / NTB scanpix", which suggests that the photographer may have transferred his copyright to "Holbergprisen". -- Túrelio (talk) 20:11, 21 January 2018 (UTC)
Comment The same camera used by several photographers (see other images from flickr). And in my opinion, the copyright holder is "The Holberg Prize". — D Y O L F 77[Talk] 20:36, 21 January 2018 (UTC)
