While there's Chilean FOP, this type of work (a poster of some sort) is temporal. COM:FOP Chile requires permanence. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 03:43, 6 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

 Keep The nomination is a wrong interpretation of the Chilean law. A poster (or a mural) is a work permantently added to a public wall, thus FOP applies. --Warko (talk) 12:35, 6 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Warko: see also Commons:Deletion requests/File:Arte y protesta.jpg. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 15:58, 6 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Another wrong call. Unfortunately the deletion was decided before I could say anything. --Warko (talk) 16:13, 6 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Warko: if you believe that judgment was incorrect, you may file a restoration request at COM:UNDEL for File:Arte y protesta.jpg. Regards, JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 18:09, 6 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination. This poster is not permanent. According to COM:FOP Chile "artistic works that permanently adorn squares" can be reproduced. This is not permanent. Posters stay on location relatively short, depending on wheather. Murals are considered permanent, can stay for decades. --Elly (talk) 19:02, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
