Rightsholder decide licensing status, not the source. And there seems to have been numerous problems with sajed.ir in the past.--Anders Feder (talk) 16:01, 20 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Copyright term for photographs is 30 years in Iran, and subject died about 34 years ago. Therefore, the image is likely in the public domain.--Pere prlpz (talk) 20:40, 21 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Copyright terms for photographs are not based on the time of death of their subject, but on when they were published.--Anders Feder (talk) 07:16, 22 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I know, but all photographs that show living people were taken before their subject's death. Therefore the image is 34 years old or more, and since it's very likely that it was published soon after creation, it's likely in the public domain in Iran.--Pere prlpz (talk) 17:32, 22 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
