The map suggests that these are the country's borders, although it is only an example of an irredentist map that extends the country's flag colours and placenames to areas in neighboring countries (Greece, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Albania). A file rename was conducted from the old Macedonia borders - mk.png to Macedonian irredentism to make the image useful in this function, adding the respective category (Irredentism). The file got renamed again to Macedonia (region) border -mk.png, this time having the (region) as an assertion that this is about the geographic region and not about the country, and the irredentist category has been removed. I think that this map is screaming of irredentism, and either the map colours should change to being neutral, or the file should be renamed to signify that this is an irrendentist map, or the file should be deleted as it is not truthful in the capacity that it it standing now. Commons:Project scope/Neutral point of view: "Images having particular national, political or religious significance including flags, emblems and maps can arouse strong passions, but Commons is not the place to decide which of various competing versions is the correct or official version. If you feel strongly that a map, emblem, flag or other file hosted here is "wrong" in some way, please try to persuade your local wiki community to make use of the version you prefer instead. In the same policy page (text section) it also says that neutrality of description should be aimed at wherever possible, and in any event neither filenames nor text may be phrased in such a way as to constitute vandalism, attack or deliberate provocation. So if the file is not to be renamed in order to reflect what the image shows, or the title stays and the image colours change, it is in violation of the policy as it certainly is provocative and a mockery. Furthermore, an extra reason for at least renaming the file as per the Commons:Deletion_policy#Self-promotion_or_vandalism.2Fattack is that designs and symbols that are or have been associated with nationalistic, religious or racist causes are not out of scope solely because they may cause offence. Provided they are legal to host and otherwise fall within Commons scope (e.g. if they could for example be used to illustrate a Wikipedia article on a hate group) they should be kept. In other words it's perfectly fine to host nationalistic, fake, or otherwise POV material as they can be used for this purpose and they are clearly indicated as such. This is not the case here. • Keep, same reasons as the last time. In use; no policy-conformant deletion rationale. Clearly a legitimate encyclopedic topic (just as en:File:Macedonia (disambiguation).png, File:Macedonia overview.svg, File:Greater Macedonia.png, File:Europe Balkans Macedonia geo.jpg. Just because the nominator doesn't like the colours isn't a reason for deletion. I don't particularly like the design either, but Gts-tg is perfectly free to create a better-looking one and suggest to the Macedonian colleagues to use that instead. It is not a matter of aesthetics, but a matter of denotation, as the colours in question correspond to the country commonly known as Macedonia. Therefore extending this colouring to neighboring countries, and adding irredentist placenames like Aegean Macedonia for the area in Greece makes it a perfect example of an irredentist map. Given that there is no concensus in having a name that corresponds to what the map depicts (e.g. Macedonian irredentism), nor for changing colours (the original uploader above -Никола aka MacedonianBoy- who voted Keep accepts that this is an irredentist map by cross comparing it with other similar examples (Greater Greece etc)). You did not accept having a name such as Macedonian Irredentism and instead insisted on having a filename such as Macedonia (region) under the pretext that this is a map displaying the geographical region and not the country. A similar example would be having a picture of an all geared up skinhead, with the file title being Buddhist monk in fashionable clothing and the pretext being the shaved head.
