This logo is tagged as PD-logo, which may well be correct in the US but the logo is supposedly of Hong Kong origin and it's not clear that PD-logo would apply to it in Hong Kong or China. Amitie 10g did claim that more complex logos from there were kept, however. If this logo is indeed PD in Hong Kong as well then the enwiki copy on en:File:MTR Corporation icon.svg should be retagged from {{PD-ineligible-USonly}} to {{PD-logo}}{{subst:Ncd}}, as an aside.
