This file was initially tagged by Mosbatho as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: Internet image, taken from here
Converted to regular DR to allow for discussion, as uploader himself hinted that he himself had uploaded the same image also on the mentioned external website. Name of uploader there is very similar to account-name here. -- Túrelio (talk) 18:39, 26 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Delete The photo was certainly uploaded by the same user on the forum there, I do not doubt it. The user also said that he uploaded this picture there, but he did not give a clear answer whether he is really the author (=photographer) of the picture. I doubt that. The site "https://www.militaryimages.net" is a forum where military fans from all over the world upload their favorite military photos which they find very cool, in most cases without respecting the copyright. This applies unfortunately for this upload, too. This particular image has been available on the internet since at least 2014 on a dofferent quite well known website. Moreover, Cengizsogutlu's upload is an image without EXIF data and is only available on Commons in a moderate resolution. A typical and recognized indication to identify such internet photos. Enough for COM:PCP. --Mosbatho (talk) 13:45, 27 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Delete I agree to Mosbatho. Before Cengiz Sogutlu upload these photos to that platform and here, those photos have already been shared by different people and websites as copyrighted. As I said before in dozens of deletion requests, none of them were produced by Cengizsogutlu. Also some of these works are pictures shared by the Turkish Armed Forces and the Ministry of National Defense of The Republic of Turkey. Uncitoyen (talk) 18:02, 27 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
