This image of a living person presents the person in a disparaging light, as the singer is shown sticking out her tongue. The picture is most probably a screenshot from one of the band's live concert DVDs, and therefore the decision of the uploader to show the singer with her tongue stuck out must have been deliberate. Wikipedia's policy on Images of living persons does not permit uploading such inappropriate pictures. -77.4.134.33 22:38, 8 June 2014 (UTC)

At any rate, we do need stronger proof that this is not a copyvio. The Flickr source is obviously filled with material not of the uploader's.
