I take it this is a claim that a photo of a sculpture violates some copyright. If so, an explanation or link to relevant policy would be more useful than a cryptic acronym. And is it a problem just in France? Can we move it to en.wikipedia and be OK, or not? Dicklyon (talk) 14:48, 27 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, this is a copyright violation. It is not allowed to upload to commons photos of sculptures taken in France whose sculptor is not dead for 70 years. The law may change, but so far one has to delete all such images. Please consult Commons:Freedom of panorama, and especially the section about France.
