Commons says that this was made by the Wikivoyage uploader, but this information is not present on Wikivoyage. The uploader has uploaded many images which are attributed to other people (e.g. Mickaël G, Vincent Bloch, tompagenet, so it would be unwise to assume own work unless there is an explicit statement saying so. - Given the multiple revisions, the attempt to use the "Wikivoyage style" with regards to colors and whatnot, the fact that it is purpose drawn for Wikivoyage (in providing a personal approach to dividing the city), and the messy "workshop" SVG, I think it's pretty safe to say this was his own work. The selection of streets to display also does not match any other maps or mapping services I can find online, so that looks to be his personal editorial decision. --Peter Talk 20:23, 15 December 2012 (UTC)
