Posted to Flickr with a usable license by the US Fish & Wildlife Service, but the metadata suggests it is copyrighted by a professional photographer. I think we should go with the PP and delete it. Ruff tuff cream puff (talk) 05:26, 30 May 2018 (UTC)
- If you could add for the same reason:

- @Ruff tuff cream puff: Not so clear. The metadata also says "Usage terms: unlimited non-exclusive rights assigned to The Nature Conservancy" (TNC). Unlimited rights would, I think, include the right to re-license. See also COM:NOTCOPYVIO. However, the photo was released on the Flickr stream of USFWS, not TNC/nature.org. I guess COM:PRP means we'll have to delete it, but not because of copyright by a professional photographer. - Alexis Jazz ping plz 02:39, 5 June 2018 (UTC)
Deleted: per nomination. We would need permission from Stephen Francis who is listed as the copyright holder in the EXIF. --Majora (talk) 03:34, 9 September 2018 (UTC)
