The centerpiece of this pictorial reproduction is a contemporary Seoul building designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, in a country that has no commercial freedom of panorama. Thus COM:VRT correspondence from the architect Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates is a must. Cannot be de minimis as the tower is too prominent and right at the center.

Note that it is used on enwiki article en:Lotte World Tower as its infobox image, thus this no longer constitutes de minimis and must be deleted (unless VRT letter from Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates agreeing to the commercial license is verified or the country removes noncommercial restriction of their FOP).
