I intially tagged this as missing evidence of permission. User:Renegade Monster has since repeatedly changed the licensing to pd-text. I believe the image is too complex to qualify as pd-text (it does not consist of "simple text and/or shapes"). Since the uploader isn't the designer of the logo, they don't have the right to claim it as their own work nor release it into the public domain. IllaZilla (talk) 07:26, 8 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Original y creativa puede ser, pero es un simple texto. El logotipo está hecho de una simple "B" con efecto de espejo y "unos cachitos"; es más claro que el agua que está en dominio público, no sé para que arman tanto escándalo. --Renegade Mons†er 00:32, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Translation: "Original and creative you can be, but it is a simple text. The logo is made up of a single 'B' with mirror and 'about leaving' effect; It is clearer than the water that is in public domain, I don't know why there's so much scandal."
It is clearly not just a letter B. This is a simple letter B. When you take a letter, stylize it, then mirror it, flip it, and arrange the two parts in a unique way to form a logo representative of 3 letters (BVB), it is no longer "simple text". You cannot claim any design as simple text just because you think it looks like letters. --IllaZilla (talk) 03:41, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: IN the US, anything that is simply a few letters does not qualify for copyright, even if one of the letters is flipped. .     Jim . . . . Jameslwoodward (talk to me) 11:16, 22 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
