- Logos of Ukrainian enterprises in accordance with Ukrainian legislation are in the public domain. This applies to both gov and private enterprises. See the Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine on Copyright and Related rights: "(d) State symbols of Ukraine, government awards; symbols and signs of government authorities, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations; symbols of territorial communities; symbols and signs of enterprises, institutions and organizations"--Lyubov Vit (talk) 19:16, 26 July 2017 (UTC)
