This file was tagged by Dura-Ace as Copyvio for the following reason: Taken from: http://welcometomontepinar.wordpress.com/proximaemision/
The uploader claimed (see file history): "Trabajo propio. Imagen retocada de la original. Cambio el color de las letras y su nitidez, añado transparencia a la imagen. Además cambio su posición de giro a la derecha (18º)" (with google automatic translation: "Own work. Retouched image of the original. Change the font color and sharpness, add transparency to the image. Also change your position right turn (18 º)").
IF the original logo would be copyright eligible (see COM:TOO) then the derivative work here would not be allowed (see COM:DW). If not the file should be tagged {{PD-textlogo}} since the minor changes are not really copyright eligible. If the uploader wants to make clear he should tag the image "{{CC-zero}} the original logo is {{tl|PD-textlogo}}". Saibo (Δ) 23:45, 7 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
