The uploader claims it's his/her own work because he took a picture of the discussed logo, the problem is that the author of the original image is some other person or institution and there seems to be no permission for reusing that logo 190.233.200.66 06:31, 8 December 2010 (UTC)
This logo belongs to the Lima Metropolitan Municipality, a branch of the Government of the Republic of Peru, therefore making it of public property. This picture was taken on a Nikon Coolpix L10. The original picture which was edited on photoshop was : File:Maquinadispensadorametropolitano.jpg
