This looks more complex than en:File:Australian Aboriginal Flag.svg which is copyrighted in the source country of this logo, so the logo might also be copyrighted in its source country. Note that there are two versions in the history. The first one was apparently made by the uploader, presumably in a Dutch-speaking country, based on the language of the text on the file information page. I don't know how things with derivative works work if the old revision was made in a country with a different threshold of originality. It's not clear where the current file revision comes from. - File:Iparty-with-victorious-title.jpg appears to be from the United States, so there's a different threshold of originality. Still, File:Iparty-with-victorious-title.jpg looks a lot more complex than the examples at COM:TOO#United States, so I'm not sure that it's OK. File:Lockie Leonard Logo.png can definitely not be uploaded under the licence {{PD-textlogo}} since it's from Australia, but needs OTRS permission from the TV channel. --Stefan4 (talk) 21:03, 8 December 2012 (UTC)
