Keep - both of the elements take only a small portion of the photo => De minimis. --Sporti (talk) 10:19, 30 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

That's not "de minimis". Triple Bridge is in the front and the caption says "et Triple Pont (Tromostovje)". --Eleassar (t/p) 10:30, 30 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, the bridge is in the front, but that's mostly asphalt and very few actual architectual elements. --Sporti (talk) 10:40, 30 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I can't say it's an incidental and not deliberate inclusion. It seems even that the bridge is the primary element, because the church is hidden behind the bridge and the trees. --Eleassar (t/p) 11:02, 30 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

For me the focus is on the red building and the trees. The bridge has only limited copyrighted elements. (The gray asphalt is not copyrighted :-) ) -- RE rillke questions? 20:13, 31 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Per Article 6 of the Slovenian copyright act,[1] component parts, which are in themselves individual intellectual creations, shall enjoy the same protection as the work itself. --Eleassar (t/p) 15:43, 1 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
