  • Comment: @Louloudi92 uploaded this file, stating it was his work. His user page on en.wikipedia says he is the assistant editor of WIPO magazine. I pass this along as information; not sure it settles the current issue. He probably took the photo while on assignment which could mean WIPO owns the copyright.
Ironic that this involves the World Intellectual Property Organization and one of its employees.
