- Keep. These are drivable vehicles, not mere sculptures, therefore not a freedom of panorama issue. K7L (talk) 02:01, 11 July 2015 (UTC)
I think this photo should be removed because Disney/Pixar owns the copyright to Lightning McQueen Jonnymoon96 (talk) 22:54, 12 July 2015 (UTC)
- It looks like you don't understand what these are. They are not screenshots from the Pixar film. They are not statues or artwork. They are actual, drivable vehicles created by "Eddie Paul", who builds customised versions of production automobiles. The Commons:Freedom of panorama issues apply to artwork and architecture, not to drivable motorcars. K7L (talk) 23:22, 12 July 2015 (UTC)
- What about the Lightning McQueen image in the backgroud? Thibaut120094 (talk) 23:25, 12 July 2015 (UTC)
- That's a trailer on an 18-wheel Mack Truck which is being used to transport the other customised vehicles. While there is a "Mack" as a character in the film, this specific trailer is not the subject of the photo. K7L (talk) 23:28, 12 July 2015 (UTC)

- Keep. The Lightning McQueen image can be cropped out if that is the only remaining issue.--KMJKWhite (talk) 14:58, 26 July 2015 (UTC)
Deleted: See {{Useful-object-US}}: "Unless the shape of an automobile, [...], or any other industrial product contains some element that, physically or conceptually, can be identified as separable from the utilitarian aspects of that article, the design cannot not be copyrighted." In this case the car contains an element that can conceptually be identified as separable from its utilitarian aspects (the Lighting McQueen image), so it is copyrighable.
