This looks like a painting, but it's actually a photograph of a furnished room. The artist who designed the room in 1910 died in 1953, so there is no copyright problem with any artwork.

But the photograph as such is taken from an external web site, [1]. As a photograph of 3D objects it has its own copyright per our usual definition, and it also looks recent, so it's not in the public domain because of age.

There is a claim in the file description that "The photograph is reproduced here with permission", but I don't see any suitable permission. Rather the web site says “You may use this image without prior permission for any scholarly or educational purpose as long as you (1) credit the museum and photographer and (2) link your document to this URL.” for any scholarly or educational purpose is a restriction that is not compatible with Wikimedia Commons, so this photograph is not free and should be deleted.
