Work of contemporary art. Sadly, no Panorama Freedom in Belarus. A.Savin 19:00, 19 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

1) In this photo geotagging is missing. 2) In this photo there are no objects that characterize a certain area. 3) Decorative straw rolls is not work of the contemporary art. — cheloVechek / talk 01:01, 20 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Agree to 3). All in all it can be even de minimis. --217.21.43.222 06:59, 20 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
@Chelovechek: It has no geotag because you just removed it. Really nice attempt to prevent deletion of a copyright infringement.
@IP: Sth. that is the main subject of the photograph ("les sculptures...") definitely cannot be DM. Also, sculptures are eligible for copyright, regardless of what stuff they are made of. --A.Savin 07:10, 20 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
1) About "les sculptures...": оne little girl (my wife as a child, really fact) was abandoned unattended and she made figures from... feces. Рardon. Her parents called this "les sculptures", but "Hard words break no bones" (English Idiom).
2) The long way (4500 km) was through Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus and Russia by the car this summer. Everywhere were the same tradition of embellishment, so remember the exact place without geotag impossible. — cheloVechek / talk 10:01, 20 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
P.S. Аnalogously: no Panorama Freedom in France, but see Category:Straw bales in France. — cheloVechek / talk 10:26, 20 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Les sculptures de paille.

@A.Savin: "There is no freedom of panorama in France, neither for sculptures, nor for buildings, nor for 2D-artworks that pass the threshold of originality..." — cheloVechek / talk 09:39, 29 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

So what? Again, we have here 1) this photo of an installment which is creative enough to be above the originality threshold, and 2) the fact that this photo was taken in Belarus which does not have FoP (even though you have vandalized your own file by deleting the geotag and a correct category). --A.Savin 11:38, 29 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
1) This is your subjective opinion, 2) You are mistaken about what is a geotag. This information should be based on EXIF solely. You accuse me of the vandalism in vain. This error correction, it is not vandalism. — cheloVechek / talk 13:43, 29 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: Clearly taken in Belarus, where there is no FOP. User:Chelovechek's attempt to mislead us as to the location of the image is a serious violation of trust. If he does anything similar in the future, he shuold be blocked. .     Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 16:26, 15 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • We are serious? It is about a pile of straw bundles, installed by a farmer. The details of the mouth are marked with a spray of paint. If we consider this man of straw as a work of art, it will be necessary to delete all the snowmen.
