Image depicts a sculpture by living artist Jean-Pierre Raynaud, installed in Paris. Unfortunately, France has no freedom-of-panorama exception. So, a permission by the sculptor is necessary or the image needs to be deleted. -- Túrelio (talk) 21:30, 21 January 2023 (UTC)

Well so be it. From what I read from the link you provided, it could have been acceptable with a CC BY-NC licence. But that's not OK on Wikimedia.org

Indeed. May be, in some years Wikimedia-activists can persuade the French government to accept freedom-of-panorama exception, as their Belgian counterparts did successfullly in Belgium. --Túrelio (talk) 21:59, 21 January 2023 (UTC)
