The whole "faithful photographic reproduction of an original two-dimensional work of art" thing is all well and good, but this is a photo of the inside of a church, complete with a chapel, a crucific, walls, ceiling, carpets, etc. taken from the Vatican website, which, so far as I can see, does not freely release its content.  Keep Original photograph is available in PD, a reproduction will not create another copyright (If it doesn't contain any significant changes) therefore Keep...If the church architecture is the issue, it will be measured under De Minimis ...Captain......Tälk tö me.. 14:39, 19 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Delete Where is the evidence that the original photograph is PD? This photograph is not "a faithful photographic reproduction of an original two-dimensional work of art". All of its uses need to be replaced by one of our other photographs of the Last Judgment (e.g. File:Jugement dernier.jpg) so it can be deleted. —Angr 18:21, 20 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Delete The issue here is not the church architecture (of course, it would be much too old to be copyrighted). It is that Corel v Bridgeman does not apply to a photograph in three dimensions, because the photograph has copyrightable, creative content. So, even though everything pictured is public domain, the photo is not. Chick Bowen (talk) 03:31, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
