Seems to be a copy of the image in this article https://journalisten.no/kortnytt-lars-joakim-skarvoy-sofie-bakkemyr/skarvoy-til-journalisten--jeg-skjonner-at-folk-har-mistet-tillit-til-meg/427718 The image has byline "Foto: Espen Solli / TV 2" which is identical to the camera details of the uploaded file. The picture is of a journalist recently employed by no:TV2 and is likely a press release image from TV2 in connection with his new job.
