Unclear copyright status. Uploaded locally at enwiki in 10.2006 by Exarkunmx the file (transferred to Commons in 08.2007 and further adjusted) was most likely grabbed from http://web.archive.org/web/20060214011916/http://www.cfe.gob.mx/es/LaEmpresa/generacionelectricidad/visitasvirtuales/lagunaverdenucleoelectrica/ (02.2006) = http://web.archive.org/web/20060428060915/http://www.cfe.gob.mx/NR/rdonlyres/AF38CEE2-1F07-4DD6-BDE2-76367E159C03/3857/laguna_max.jpg (04.2006). - The user who uploaded it specifically released copyright on another image they uploaded around the same time, [1], saying that they were the owner. Other places, this user specifically talked about a trip visiting the place, [2]. Additionally, it clearly contains copyright information saying that the user released the copyright, so I don't see what this is about. I don't appear to have the ability to get the exact creation logs from en.wikipedia.org, so if that's what you're looking for you might need to ask a moderator. Note that at the archived link from cfe.gob.mx several photo galleries are available (which were unfortunately not archived). As — per above — the affected photo was previously published elsewhere, before Exarkunmx uploaded it to enwiki, the copyright status is unclear (copyright violation/copyvio).
- "(...) this user specifically talked about a trip visiting the place (...)" --> well, I do not want to cause any disillusionment but after tagging +/- 60.000 files for deletion, I — in the most cases — ignore those comments resp. doubt their true integrity... (see also [3]last sentence).
- Concerning another other photo, File:BWR-5 Reactor.jpg (uploaded 10.2006): this file was tagged with "no source/author" at enwiki and was (after adding "Photo taken by Victor Escalona (...)") transferred to Commons. Questions here are allowed, considering: who is "Victor Escalona" (= Exarkunmx?) and the
self{{Cc-by-sa-3.0}} license is based on what... More or less same procedure for File:Laguna Verde Reactor Control Boards.jpg, mentioned above. - Gunnex (talk) 21:43, 29 July 2015 (UTC)

Deleted: COM:PRP, The image of the outside was in used (c) on webarchive as stated. Unlikely that anyone gets into the control rooms to take these photos. Unclear who Victor Escalona is, and/or relationship (if any) to uploader. Ellin Beltz (talk) 17:47, 30 August 2015 (UTC)
