Comment: It depends on the location of the statue. If it was taken in the Madame Tussauds gallery in London, then its OK because the UK has full COM:FOP but the US has no FOP for modern 3D art work. Australia has full FOP for permanently installed art in galleries and museums. The photographer E. Rinaldi is in Sydney, Australia, and there is now a Madame Tussauds in Sydney, Australia and it looks like its their first store in Australia. This is their contact information and this is their official web page.
