This tank was in service from 1936 (en:Panzer 35(t)); it's not known when this image was made or published, but it means it's unlikely the image was out of copyright on 1/1/1996, and therefore falls foul of COM:URAA. Plus in Germany it may be in copyright anyway under their curious pre-1995 anonymous work provision (see {{Anonymous-EU}}). The same probably applies to all other images of this tank (Category:LT vz. 35) claimed to be PD-anon. Rd232 (talk) 16:14, 9 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
