- Speedy keep. The flickr user has now verified in his flickr profile that he is the uploader on Wikimedia. So there's no problem with his uploading his photos under free license on Wikimedia. -- Asclepias (talk) 21:02, 25 April 2021 (UTC)

In case that discussion had any further continuation, you may see User talk:Jmabel#Throwing a potato into your hands. The short of it: the uploader is clearly the photographer, and has clearly offered the appropriate licenses. It does not matter whether he has also offered different licenses elsewhere (or even here), and while watermarks are never encouraged, they are permitted on Commons unless they are so major as to render the image effectively unusable.
