This image features an architectural or artistic work, photographed from a public space in France. There are no Freedom of Panorama exemptions in France, which means that they cannot be photographed freely for anything other than personal purposes. French jurisprudence states that no infringement is constituted when the work is an "accessory compared to the main represented or handled subject". However, the file name is that of the buildings, the description is of the buildings and the overwhelming use of the image is to represent the buildings. In this photo, the buildings are not "accessory compared to the main represented or handled subject". The subject is the buildings.. --~ Grcampbell (talk) 00:14, 23 June 2011 (UTC)
Kept: Doesn't surpass the threshold of originality to have a structure design subject to copyright. – Adrignola talk 20:53, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
