This 1951 sculpture located in Norway is a work by Norwegian sculptor en:Arnold Haukeland, who died in 1983. So it is still copyrighted in Norway. Per COM:FOP Norway, there is no commercial freedom of panorama in Norway for statues/sculptures etc. (only for architecture), so the file should be deleted. It can be restored in 2054.
