presumably copyvio plus wrong licence (no own work). Reproduction of a book cover published in Austria in 1937. The creator of the artwork is not given. Therefore it cannot be assumed for sure that he is dead for over 70 years. Unless it is proven that the picture is in the public domain, it should be removed. Year of death of the author Karel Čapek (1890-1938) is irrelevant for this discussion. --FordPrefect42 (talk) 23:40, 17 December 2014 (UTC)
- Cover artist könnte Vladismil Rada (1895-1962) gewesen sein, der 1936 und 1937 noch 2 weitere Werke Čapeks für den Rolf Passer Verlag in Wien illustrierte. Ob er auch für Umschlag- und Buchgestaltung insgesamt zuständig war, ließe sich nur durch Autopsie ermitteln, sofern es denn im Werk vermerkt wäre. --Emeritus (talk) 01:53, 18 December 2014 (UTC)
