Korean War Veterans Memorial sculpture. United States FOP only provides freedom of panorama for architecture, and images of copyrighted sculpture cannot be licensed under commercial licenses. Relevant case is Gaylord (the sculptor) v. United States (US Postal Service) which solidified no FOP for all copyrighted public art in the United States.
