Image was taken in than German and now Russian City of Königsberg/Kaliningrad. Neither PD in Germany not in Russia. sугсго 05:44, 6 June 2011 (UTC)
- Why should status towards PD in Germany/Russia matter ? What is the relation between the place where the photo was taken and the applicable legal framework ? How can we be sure that the photo was taken in Königsberg and not nearby around in Latvia, Belarus or Poland or anywhere else in central Europe ? In any of those case shall we seek for other legal framework ? In fact shouldn't we ask the question why Ukrainian legal framework be applied ?
