- About the photo, not it's not out of the scope, volunteers can upload photos of their-selves and others.

- Rodrigo.Argenton: I do not understand your sarcasm as this was created correctly. Unless these files are uploaded by the same uploader, they are nominated separately regardless of the similar nomination. Please read COM:SCOPE, volunteers can upload photos of themselves however they must be put to use. If they are in use, {{User page image}} applies. Otherwise, the files are considered not educationally useful and are deleted. There is also clear past precedent of this. Please respond with a valid reason for keeping this file.
