Although the image/YouTube video is freely licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0, the Kizuna AI character is (or seems to be) copyrighted. This needs a discussion. Rodney Araujo (talk) 22:26, 18 April 2021 (UTC)
Keep for the same reason discussed in this DR. The video was uploaded on its official channel, thus it's the copyright holders' decision to license it under CC. Derivative works of the character might be subject to further licensing restrictions, but a direct screenshot of the video (which is exactly what this picture is) does not. --Techyan（Talk） 23:08, 18 April 2021 (UTC)
Comment A similar image, w:File:Kizuna AI.png, was uploaded to English Wikipedia under Fair Use Rationale, believing that the character is copyrighted. Rodney Araujo (talk) 23:35, 18 April 2021 (UTC)
