- You are mistaken, this building is in India, so COM:FOP#India applies, which states, "The following acts shall not constitute an infringement of copyright, namely:(s) the making or publishing of a painting, drawing, engraving or photograph of a work of architecture or the display of a work of architecture;" Unless you can add a direct link to a commons rule, regarding "lighting decoration". Please do not give circular reference like above, to a previous discussion, which is still inconclusive. --Ekabhishek (talk) 05:09, 19 August 2013 (UTC)
