Image of suspicious copyright status. Literally every single other image the user who uploaded this has ever added to Commons at all has been either already deleted, or is currently up for deletion, as a copyright violation -- and while a Google image search didn't locate prior usages of this particular file on other websites, the likelihood that this is somehow the sole legitimate CC/own work contribution by a user whose edit history has otherwise consisted entirely of copyright violations with false claims of CC/own work on them is vanishingly low. So there's sufficient doubt here that we would have to place the onus on the uploader to prove that it is genuinely his own work, rather than just giving him the benefit of the doubt.
