•  Keep. The information presented in this file is definitely not outside project scope. Also, being currently unused isn't a reason to delete this file. If this file is similar to, or a duplicate of, an SVG file, that file should be listed here so a comparison can be made. Without it, we can't tell if this file is redundant and inferior or not. • Weak  Delete Of the 3–4 given nom reasons, only "duplicate" is even potentially valid for this image. I direct User: EugeneZelenko's attention to en:Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Chemistry/Structure_drawing, which makes it clear that PNG is an appropriate file-format for chemical diagrams. For the image at hand, I think File:Ketamine metabolites2.png is the replacement, which looks good to me. It's by the same uploader and is in-use, so clearly the uploader thinks it's better and more in line with what they really meant to upload. DMacks (talk) 23:24, 12 May 2021 (UTC)
  • Looking further, there are chemically factual differences between the two (one has an additional step where 6-hydroxynorketamine converts to dehydronorketamine). According to doi:10.1124/pr.117.015198 (see Figure 1 and its caption) it is actually the 6-hydroxynorketamine isomer that converts to dehydronorketamine. Therefore I'm strengthening my !vote based on this apparent factual mistake. DMacks (talk) 03:15, 18 May 2021 (UTC)

I agree File:Ketamine metabolites2.png is likely the file that is the "duplicate" and I agree with your assessment that the uploader thinks it's better. However, the two images are different and maybe another editor at the article where the image is used will think the first version is better. Who knows?
